Best auto career?

Hello everybody. I recently got an AA degree but have decided I want to go into a trade industry since I don't have the funds to go get a bachelors degree. My question is which auto industry has the best career outlook based on job availability and pay?

Auto mechanic, diesel mechanic, or auto body?

All you listed have a good outlook, and they all are profitable if you have the correct attitude and apply yourself. None are easy at first but if you stick with it you will progress quickly.

Become a finish carpenter. Auto techs are treated like crap at the dealers. Private shops are better. Body men make the most out of the list you gave.

Ive been a tech for 32 years, the last 8 in my own shop.
