Tony Stewart's 2011 Championship Winning Impala

These AMT NASCAR kits are nice..... especially when you spend a little extra time on them. Here's Smoke's Sprint Cup winner in race trim, complete with battle damage to the nose. I added the missing bars and such to the interior.... see the current SA for the write up! I also added a resin front bumper from Red Line Designz. Paint is Tamiya bright red and black topped with Acme 2 part clear. Decals are from Powerslide and rock as usual.

Nice model - I like the subtle weathering around the exhaust and gas cap. It's just right!

I love that front end damage on the kit. How did you replicate the big black stickers, and the slight weathering all around looks awesome

I used black decal film cut into thin strips. It looks extra realistic if you leave some wrinkles in it too!
