I need some help
Hey guys, I am new to the forum and just want to say that any help is very much appreciated.
My current situation is that my 98 Altima at 180,000 miles is starting to, well cost more to upkeep than it is worth. My job status is not the best and of course I have blown all my money away to my attempt at a college degree. The most than I can probably afford in a car is up to 18 thousand maybe 18.5. I have looked around online at a lot of the cars, did all the build and price options and I still cannot figure it out. I have gone from deciding on a 2012 Rio, Fiesta, Mazda3, Sonic and probably more. I am looking for a car that has better hp and torque than my 98 Altima, but with a little better mpg. I am leaning towards getting a cheaper model of a car, but then getting more accessories like power windows, remote lock, aux input etc.. Does anyone have any recommendations on any of the competitive cheaper cars out there? |

Re: I need some help
Welcome to the forum. . . I actually grew up in Medina so it is nice to see a fellow Northeast Ohioan here! Have you considered looking at a slightly used vehicle? You will be able to get a lot more bang for your buck! As I am sure you know, once a car is driven off the lot a considerable amount of its value goes with it. Plus you can always try to secure a CarFax so you may be able to tell where it has been and what it has been through.
