2005 equinox shifting hard
My 2005 equinox seems to shift hard mainly when its cold. Also when its hot outside it will slip sometimes when I go from a stop and give it too much gas. When I go down a hill it seems to downshift hard.
Also has anyone had their abs light and traction light come on even though both work? Any help? Thanks

While I can't offer any official diagnosis, the manual for your vehicle states that the Traction Control light may come on "if there is an engine-related and brake system problem that is specifically related to traction control, the traction control system will turn off and the warning light will come on." There are other reasons the light may illuminate, and they can be found on p. 3-28.
