Transmission going into limp mode

I would start by removing the battery connections at the terminals POS/NEG , and clean the connections..then see what happens..

Update on my P2761 code: replaced the ignition switch after months of fighting the code (already replaced both TCC solenoids and the inner harness)...and the CEL came back on within a few starts. Oh...replaced the battery, too.

Proper testing would go a long way towards your problem.
You need to get the repair flow chart for that code and go threw it to find your problem.

take the under hood fuse box apart , look under it and make sure the wires are good , also all the connectors. very small GA. wires used.

make sure the fuses fit snug.

NOT WITH THIS PROBLEM BUT I HAD A CIRCUIT INTERMITTENTLY WORKING / IT WAS THE FUSE ITSELF HAD PARTIALLY BLEW. SOMETIMES IT WOULD OPEN ........
