90 brougham no air out of upper vents!!!!

was working fine then took out engine (5.0) to have it rebuilt and put it back in. Now their is no air coming out of the vents on the dash or the defrost the only air is coming out is under the dash by the feet. can anyone help??????

Look for a missing or pinched vacuum hose going into the firewall from the engine or vac. distr. block.
