Thumbs up

Looks good! If you will put a wash in the panel lines and detail the lug bolts/wheel cener, it will add realism to your models.

Is it the fear of ruining your decals while putting clear on them? you shouldn't be. If you make 'em fit and sit perfectly with decal setting and then let 'em dry for a couple of weeks, you should be fine, really.

I like to lay 1 or 2 thin layers of clear, then sanding the decal edges flat with 2000 grid or so and then finish with a thicker 3rd and evt. 4th layer. You won't be able to tell that they are decals, you won't event see a decal edge anymore. Anyway, sorry to go on about it but I thought I'd share anyhow.

Back to your Corolla, very nice!! Cool seat belts as well! Still love the website.

Hey Vric, very nice 'rolla there

Not that you probably give a toss since the thing looks good as it is. But the Finland rally is a gravel event so to be accurate the car should be wearing 15" gravel wheels. The suspensiojn height is right for gravel but those is 18" tarmac Speedlines baby! I'd have thought the Hasegawa kit included 15" eight spoke Speedlines?

Light pod should be white and door handles black too. There are still plenty of pictures of this car in Finland 1999 on the old TTE site here.

But I'm just a crusty old rivetcounter, build it however ya like!
