where is the Throttle Plate
I want to use the fuel system tune-up kit to clean my 99 Buick Regal. After I removed the hose boot clamp where it enters the throttle body, I can see the net, but cannot see Throttle Plate.

A thin snap ring holds the screen in, carefully pick that out and you will see the throttle plate or remeove the throttle body itself.
