2001 Jeep Cherokee - Horn dead

My just recently purchased 2001 Jeep Cherokee Sport 4x4 has the Air Bag light on
and the Horn doesn't work.

Do both wires for these things go thru that Wiring Harness connected to the Gauge
Assembly in the dash?

I understand Jeeps have a problem with that Wiring Harness having bad connections.

If both go thru that, then I will look into it.

If the Horn wires go thru the Steering column, then I will look there.

Is the Horn Deep behind the front grill - I can't find it.

Is there a relay also involved. I checked the Horn fuse - it is OK.

Trying to finger out where to start on this Horn thing.....automobiles are too damned
complicated any more.

Help !
