Codes 403 and 1443 and I go from 23 to 16 mpg ???

The print out from autozone has code 403 saying:

The ECM has detected a fault in the EGR solenoid circuit
PROBABLY CAUSE
Failed EGR vacuum solenoid
Open or short circuit condition of the EGR valve
Failed egr pressure sensor where applicable
Failed EGR position sensor where applicable

and 1443:

ECM detected a fuel tank pressure change greater than -7 inches of h20 in 30 seconds with purge less than .02 lbs per minute
PROBABLE CAUSE
Failed EVAP sensor
Blocked hose between FTP and EVAP sensor
EVAP purge valve stuck closed

I really just care about what gonna get me back up to 23mpg

Any ideas guys??

I took the DPFE sensor off. I heard and some say that that can cause EGR problems. SHould i do anything with it now that its off? clean it?
