Yeah - I should have snapped a couple but didn't feel like pulling out the camera. And now the book is already back in its box, which is inside its box which is inside the box it arrived in.

Getting at the book itself is like unpacking a set of Russian nesting dolls.

Sorry - I still haven't had the boxes open again since it arrived. So, if it is any consolation I'm not exactly enjoying it either.

Perhaps this coming weekend will allow me some time.

They've all sold out - you can get them off eBay like Erik did, through word of mouth or by scanning auctions ilkie Bonhams / Coys for automobilia lots
