bedford ob, lister transporter.

here are a few photo's of the completed truck, it is roughly how it looked early on in 1958, complete with a lister to suit. built from an emhar kit, with the van body made from plasticard and various sizes of plastic stock. 1/24 scale.

Re: bedford ob, lister transporter.

Very impressive work on a interesting and unusual subject. My hat is off to you. The Lister is a slot car body?

Re: bedford ob, lister transporter.

thanks for your comments, the lister kit is made by me, you can find it in the completed section in this forum titled lister-"knobbly" dated 1-15-2011, there is another dated 1-11-2011, built by a customer. just sold the last of the kits. i plan to improve kit and cast up some, to sell again if there is enough interest to do so.

Re: bedford ob, lister transporter.

You've probably thought of doing the Mike Hawthorne transporter?

Re: bedford ob, lister transporter.

I read the other Lister discussion threads. What? You built an Ecurie Ecosse transporter?? And didn't cast it?

Re: bedford ob, lister transporter.

I'd love to see it. Unfortunately, it would take a large pressure pot, at least 10 gal. I've been looking for one for a large project. You used Mike Sells' plans for the Ecurie Ecosse transporter?
