1998 Contour se 2.5 motor swap into 98 svt contour

Hello everyone. Im new to the contour scene. Have a problem question. I just totaled my 98 contour with the 2.5 liter v-6 in it. It still has a great motor so i found a 98 svt that needs a motor. Im wondering what would be needed if i could do the swap? The se has a auto trans to the svts stick. Could i just swap the motors and bolt to the trans and possibly pcm? I hav read the injectors r a differnt size what else is different between the motors and could they be swapped? Thats for the help im debating on buying the svt or not
