i think he meant spring as in the season....but as far as springs go, there are a lot for the b15's. Tein and Motivational make full coilovers, Ground Control makes coilovers that sleeve the stock dampers, Ebach, Sprint and Progress make regular springs, and im sure there are more choices
PS - dont get the ebach, they have very low spring rates and your car will handle worse after installing them

Hey murph, on that stage II for the SER Spec-V, do you know how much boost they have that setup at? My bud's got one and hes lookin into the forced induction realms, and i was just curious since it didnt say it on the site.
