Is this used 2002 Civic a good deal?

Hi, I'm looking at a 2002 Honda Civic EX Coupe for $5595. It's got a clean carfax (and has only one previous owner) and has 116535 (too many miles?). Is this a good deal? Should I go tomorrow to buy it?

I would say if you looked the car over or took it to your mechanic and it doesn't have to many major repairs that it needs by puttin it up on a rack ie ball joints,struts, rack-n-pinion etc, I would say thats a fair price. If needs major body work or if needs many major repairs then I would make a much lower offer and go from there or walk away. But the milage is really low for those cars and wear items on them are worth the repair just for the MPG and durability. IMHO. Good luck!

P.S. I always start out at a lower price anyway and see how LOW I can get it for any way?
