90 Escort a/c Drain Condensation Tube

I have been looking for the a/c drain tube on my 90 Escort and can't find it. The Haynes or the Chilton manual are no help whatsoever. I never see condensation dripping out of the bottim of the car and I want to clean it out. I believe it is also causing the heat to smell in the winter.

It is normal for condensation to drip out when the ac is on. If it is not dripping out then that would mean it is plugged. But if you would like to fine the drain it should be on the passenger side at the bottom of the fire wall. it will be a little rubber tube coming out. can be hard to get to some times. May have to do it from under neath car.

As for the smell they sell stuff at any parts store to get rid of that. It is from mold build up in hvac box. Only other option would be to pull the hole heater box out. Not really practical.
