Question Project Concept

Hi everyone, I'm new to this forum, but I figured seeing as allot of forums recommended this site, I'd give it a shot. I'm right now looking to start a total custom built car project, that uses an M4 Layout (Mid-Rear Engine All Wheel Drive); and Quad Coupe Touring Car body plan. My question is how would I pull this off, where to get the parts, and what kits to use or custom shop to build it.

The baseline of it is, I'm looking for all time All Wheel Drive for control and stability, with a Touring roadsters style drive. Using a Twin Charged in series Renesis Wankel mounted to a compatible 6 Speed paddle shift transmission. The Body plan is to be a Quad Coupe Hardtop Convertible, with large trunk space in the front.

Now I know this sounds crazy of an idea, and it is. Still this project is one that I am doing to see a dream raddiling in my head come to reality, So where do I start to get this thing built?
