Well, its rare seeing a Tib here in NYC, and a red one at that. All the tibs I've seen have been black.

would anyone have a recomendation between the tiburon tuscani (korean version) and the regular tiburon and which one would b better 2 buy

The Tiburon is the US/Canadian version. The Tuscani version is only available in Korea. Mechanicaly they are the same.
