2005 sonata harsh shift 2-3

hi i replaced the tranny in my 2005 sonata because of the harsh jerking trannsmission shift from 2-3 well i got a used one at wreckers 85k and installed it and it is doing the same thing harsh jerking shifts from 2-3 has anybody had this problem? can anyone suggest what to do next, its my wifes car and she would like to keep it.

well the guy at trans. shop said i had to take it to hyundai and reset the learning adaptive program in the pcm and he didn't have the scan pro soft where to do it. so i took it to hyundai and the mech. there reprogramed the comp. he took 10 minutes and he was done cost me 85 bucks but the trany is running great.
