Any ideas?
I've tried resetting the system numerous times with no luck. The Chiltons cookbook wasn't very much help in addition to the owners manual. Any input would be GREATLY appreciated! BTW...I just had new tires put on. Thanks for your help guys. |

Re: Resetting the 2001 Sienna TPMS ???
My understanding is that you press and hold the TPS button.

Thank You...but I've already tried that.
![]() Is there a special sequence that should be performed when the button is held in? Should it be held in when you initially turn off the ignition? Thanks again for the reply!!! |

Well...I finally got it to reset. I actually figured it out a few weeks ago but I'm just now getting around to posting the results.
I turned the ignition ON but did not start the engine. Before the low tire pressure warning light came in...I depressed and held the reset button. If I remember correctly it flashed about 3 times then went out. Thank God it stayed out and hasn't returned...lol. I hope this thread can help out someone else that is experiencing this same annoying problem. |
