On certain kits it's very evident. I once compared Tamiya's Focus to Hasegawa's, Tamiya's is a bit larger. I have found that Tamiya's bodies are almost alway's wider than Fujimi or Hasegawa. It's all in how they interpret them through designing and engineering.

The only way to tell for sure would be to get the tape measure out and check. If Hasegawa are guilty of being underscale then Tamiya are just as guilty of the opposite. The Big T include tyres that are much wider than necessary to be perfectly in scale and they often make the cars wider than is strictly correct. They take this bit of "artistic licence" to give the finished model more impact and presence.

According to this site
length is 4152mm; width is 1770mm (outsides of wheelarches); height is 1420mm (varies with the suspension setup of course)
and front and rear track are both 1550mm.

I've noticed before that Tamiya likes to apply some 'artistic license' in designing their car kit bodies (10% oversize in some dimension is no exception) to make them look nicer. Hasegawa tends to stick closely to true dimensions as far as I can tell, but with the above measurements you should be able to tell exactly.

HTH,
