Brake-brum to abs disc?

Ok i am seriously considering getting a 92-95 civic hatchback but none ever came with stock 4 wheel disc brakes as far as i know. How hard would it be to not only get disc brakes in the rear but also to have 4 wheel abs. I don't believe it was an option at the time any parts list of what i would need or pricing or any posible info on this would be great. thanx
