Unhappy p0351 p0352 p0354

hello everyone.
i have a 03 ls V6, i have search this site for similar codes found one, but no end solution. here is the history on this ls. i have replaced all six coils in 10/2009 as i got p0303 and replaced all coils and spark plugs. and at the same time replaced all four oxygen sensors and both cats(cats were no good). and i kept getting on and off, codes p0171&p0174 and more constant along with this codes, p2195 and p2197. after the coil and spark plug replacement. major vacuum leak! never got around to fixing the vacuum leak, so the next problem came, p0354 and some code that said detected misfire first 1000 revolutions. changed coil#4 and it ran good for about about a week, while driving on the freeway, with Check engine light on, one code p2195 only, car lost power, but no flashing engine light indicating misfire. new code, p0351,52,54. replaced indicating coils and sparks, just in case. nothing. check and all plugs to coils are getting 12v. checked with a 12v circuit light tester, and PCM does send the ground signal as the light flashes repeatedly. any suggestions??? i don't believe the vacuum leak would cause the cylinder to lose spark. has anyone hear of the crank shaft sensor having to do with getting this p0351 codes? car turns on and stays on. is just not running on all cylinders. the battery is brand new.

Thank you in advance.

A smoke test would of pinpointed your vaccum leak, unmetered air leaks will cause random misfires.
I would keep your other COP's, and HO2 sensors for spare parts.

Do a Search AF-Lincoln - Forum Search '' P0171'' , for the bad PVC rubber tube under the Intake.

Why not fix the vacuum leak so you can at least tell if that makes an improvement? If you knows it's a problem, take care of it before you damage more parts. I'm sure those catalytic converters were not cheap, but if you keep running them with a vacuum leak or a misfire, you're going to burn up the new ones.

On a Ford a bad crankshaft position sensor will often cause stalling. The camshaft position sensor is more likely to contribute to a misfire.
