1993 Sunbird 2.0 Coil pack issue

Im about to put the third coil pack on this car in the last 3 months. Not sure why it keeps shorting out i think its the snow getting something wet but not sure. Ideas?

if you change coil pack again get some wire dry and spray on it and see what happens if waters getting in coil pack or wires?
