Turn Over But Not Start

Hi Guys,

My son 03 Dodge Stratus didn't start but it turn over and keep cranking. It has 175K on it. I has been running fine till last weekend on Sunday, it decided it doesn't to start. It has 3/4 of gas in the tank and we tried to jump start it but no luck. Can any one help me start this car please?
What else do you need to know? We ran out of idea. Thanks in advance.

pull on of the ignition coils and check if you have spark when you turn over the engine. If you have spark, then it's fuel related. If no spark, it involves a little more diagnosis b/c it be a number of things.
