95 Grand Prix hesitation
So I have this 95 gp in the shop. Original complaint was a hesitation at freeway speeds (primarily between 50 and 60). Problem was verified before servicing. LIM were leaking so they were replaced. Still a constant misfire feel all the time. Whether in the shop or driving. Ohmed out all injectors and all normal readings. Fuel pressure at 44 engine off and 50 engine running. Pcm and icm and plugs have been replaced and no fix. Any other ideas? Car has 83k

Re: 95 Grand Prix hesitation
So to make sure, is it missfiring, or is there a hesitation?
If missfiring, and it wasn't doing that before the LIM gaskets, I'd bring it back in. What motor? 3100, or 3.4DOHC?

Re: 95 Grand Prix hesitation
It feels like a misfire. Sluggish at all speeds and an overall lack of power. All cylinders have spark and fuel. Motor is a 3100. Problem existed before lim gaskets were replaced. I had asked a GM tech friend of mine and took him for a ride in it. He was saying possibly the the torque converter keeps locking and unlocking. It has a little hiccup at idle but not all the time and it never dies at a stop like most tccs problems.
