Question 1994 PA Ultra Won't Crank

I just got this car from a friend. One day he came home and let the car sit for a couple of days and when he went to take it out, he put the key in the ignition and nothing! No crank! So I just by-passed everything and installed a switch and brought it home.
So far I removed the coils, cleaned all the contacts at the coils. I also checked the starter, that was ok. I also checked all the Ign fuses and someone said that there may but another fuse panel behind the glove box. Is this so? I have a new battery also.
Does anyone know where else I can start looking?
He also said that he had to disconnect the battery cable at night because there was something that was drawing power he couldn't find. He thought it might be a relay sticking I don't know. Ok, thanks if anyone is out there that can point me in the right direction.
Thanks

Hey thanks,
I going to ask him if he has another key and I will try wiping the key I have and see if that works. If not i may just try by-passing that theft system and see if that does it.

Hey, A big thanks to you. The alcohol wipe did it! It worked!
Now I have to figure out whats drawing my battery power overnight. I have to disconnect the battery at night and that gets old. I'll keep looking for the problem.
Also I have to get the stuck horn problem worked out too. Someone said that there are horn relays. Where are they located?
I just finished fixing the stuck antenna problem I had. Now I have some tunes.
Thanks again for your help.

Where is that white wire located? I'll make sure the glove box isn't loaded with stuff.
I know something is drawing the battery somewhere
Thanks

i think your looking for two differant troubles if you got the key to work then that took care of your security trouble the little wire he is talking about i think is the one for the vat system To trouble shoot your draw diconect your ground cable of you batt put a volt meter between the wire and batt and look at the draw then start pulling fuses one at a time look for the highest draw

I understand what you mean. I am very happy it's already working with the key.
I really have not tried leaving the battery connected at night since the key worked after the alcohol clean. Maybe I just leave it connected and find out if it still draws down the power from the battery tonight.
Thanks,
Steve
