93 jeep sputters while accelerating from stop

I have a 93 grand cherokee 4.0. I put in new plugs, wires, cap, rotor, throttle position sensor. The fuel pump is one year old, but I have not checked the pressure. It really sputters / hesitates, like it wants to die, if I am at a stop and then start accelerating through intersection. Once it gets moving it drives fine. Seems to only happen if stopped for 30 or more seconds. Quick stop and go is not an issue. Any ideas?
