00 VW Jetta Front turn signal, tail lamp, dashboard DOESN'T WORK

I own 2000 VW Jetta 2.0l and recently my LEFT front turn signal, dashboard, and LEFT side tail lamp does not light up. I've tried changing fuses, but it did not fix my problem. I also replaced the bulbs and still nothing worked. When I hit the turn signal it works, but wont just stay still. When I hit the brakes the brake lamp works. I'm guessing I have some kind of a LEFT side electrical problem. Please HELP,,,,,,,,
