99 gr am 2.4 injectors?

What sensors would stop the injectors from opening? I hear pump but no start but will run with starting fluid. So are there sensors other than the Crank Sensor that will not allow injectors to open? Will having a little under pressure specs also not let them open or are they solely electronic?

Why do you open 2 threads?
Is the security light flashing?

Cause they are 2 different cars one a 2001 and the other a 1999 and no light flashing on this one either
