2003 Monte Carlo SS Temp Gauge

Hopefully someone can help me out here. I cannot figure it out its like a riddle LOL i want to know on my temp gauge what each degree a tic mark would be. Here is a pic. Ok it starts at 140, whats the next little tic mark what degree is that? Thanks!!!

The guage goes from 140 to 260. From 140, there are 16 markers.

120 divided by 16 = 7.5 degrees per mark

But, of course, none of the guages in my 04 MC SS works!
