I have had my Vibe two weeks and the stereo has already broken. It would not eject a CD. I took it to the dealer and they said it would take three weeks to get a new CD player. Even though they had Vibes on the lot that they could have taken a CD player out of to replace mine, they refused to do so. I called GM and they were no help. GM customer service is not very impressive when compared to the other makes I have owned (Honda, Acura, Mazda).

The dealer had to take my old stereo out to send it off in order to get the replacement. So I have to drive around three weeks with a big hole in my dash. I'm glad Toyota made the engine and transmission!

man that sucks......... Your dealer sounds like they don't know what they are doing. They should not have had to take out the stereo to get a replacement. GM usually doesn't even ask for the defective parts back. I have a friend who is a mechanic for a chevy dealer....

I haven't had this problem yet and I hope I don't!

I hope you don't have the stereo problem vibedriver. We have the stereo that came with the moon and tunes pkg. It worked/sounded great until it up and died. We played CDs more than we listened to the radio during the two weeks it was alive. Maybe we just exceeded the life of the stereo CD function!

i got the same package on my vibe gt and it hasnt died and i bought it in like june from a friends lot show room model....

Nothing wrong with mine yet cept i want to put some rims and lower it
