How to program car remote for Celica 1997

Hello,

I really need some helps to program my new key remote.
I have tried to do it but it's not working.
I put the key in the ignition. Unfortunately, the vallet switch was cut off.
However, I found 4 wires (red, blue, white and black). I tried to randomly connect them together. I heard to chip sound but still not working.
Anyone have any ideas how to program this remote?
