Question 97 S10 Rough Idle

I have been having the same problem with my 97 sonoma 2.2 rough idle at start up and burning real rich, but after a few minutes it seems to clear up. My SES light is on only bringing up random misfire code.

The truck does have a ton of miles on it but is very dependable and I would like to solve this mystery if I can. I installed new plug wires a couple months ago, sea foam cleaner, plugs do have quite a few miles on them that will be the next thing I do but I don't think that's the real problem.

If anyone has had the same problem and resolved it please let me know.
