It is really not that bad a job to drop the tank, takes about 45 min. Jack up the rear of the vehicle, remove the 2 strap bolts and lower the tank with a floor jack. You can leave the filler neck attached and the tank will tilt toward the pass side. Then disconnect the 3 fuel lines, 2 elec plugs, and twist out the sending unit lock ring. Greg
