new tires for 1991 PA base

I want to get new winter tires, does anybody have any comments as to which brand is the best of these?

I have a pair of wanli tires on the front of my work truck. 40K on them without any problems.

what ever it sais on your door about size you can use. but if your planning on keeping car for awhile i'd put michelins on it.
