2000 Mustang GT Conv boot fills with water

Hey guys can someone please tell me what I should look for here I assume there is a drain tube and it might be clogged but the more I look the more I can't find anything.

It is a 2000 Mustang GT Convertible after it rains when I'm driving it the following day with the top up, I hear a puddle of water sloshing on every turn is there a drain for this?
