Corvette question

Hey Everyone,

Looking for builders opinions on which later C4 Corvette (1991-96 style) is the most accurate and best fitting - AMT, Revell or Monogram?

I'd like to build a factory stock model of one to give as a gift to a good friend who recently bought a very nice 1994 convertible. I've personally not built or had any of these kits before so feedback and thoughts are welcomed! I'm aware of the scale differences and that isn't an issue.

Revell/Monogram C4's (same thing) are better-fitting kits. The main thing to beware of is hood fit; neither AMT nor Monogram got it just right. AMT's wheels/tires are too small and they tend to ride too high. For that reason alone I'd get the Monogram.

I liked the tire profile on the Revell Monogram kits to. The sidewalls on the AMT kits always seemed to thick IMO, but maybe it is just me.
