01 VW Cabrio with the drivers seat airbag that blew out.?

Cant get "airbag" dask warning light to turn off.
"UCANTCME" said to replace the clockspring. That is in the steering wheel, would that affect the seat back airbag? Come back "UCANTCME" [- to "[email protected]"
