Win Exotics?

I was just wondering if anyone hear has ever heard of Win Exotics? I was in London for a business trip recently and just by chance I sat on the plane to this man named Matthew Griffin and he was telling me about one of his many sites, this one called Win Exotics? It seemed like an interesting business idea, he said he have been in the automotive industry for 20 years and he had this idea where people would just literally purchase ad space on his site and with that money, he would purchase an exotic car way below retail price and then give it away to one of his members. I am just wondering if any one has heard of him or the website?
