96 lumina -lost my ignition keys
Can i get the lock cylinder out without the key or better yet, can i get a key from the dealership?

I would think that it would be a lot easier to get a new key from the dealer. You will need to bring proof of ownership and a vin number.

Yes, you can remove the lock cylinder with no key, but it's a lot easier with the key. You can get a new cylinder and key but on a '96 you'll need to know the resistance of the VATS pellet in the original key to make the PCM play along and actually start the engine.
