Pressures for 20-inch tires

Just picked up a 2005 (OK, Yukon XL Denali), had factory option 20-inch wheels tires (285/55R20). Door jamb doesn't have anything exept for 16/17 inch wheels tires, which it lists at 30 psi. Anybody know what pressures to use for the 20 inch?? Owner's manual doesn't help either.

Look on the tire in the fine print.
They usually have tire pressure on them.

I believe that's the tire MAXIMUM pressure.

THE MAX PRESSURE IS ON THE TIRE . this is a guide so you don't over inflate. now how you install the correct pressure is more difficult..with the pressure at about 10psi below the max pressure with a piece of chaulk make a line across the tread face. then on smooth flat pavement drive several feet with the wheels straight . now see how the chaulk has worn off the tread...if the middle is only worn still too much pressure...if its gone to the tread edges add 2 psi more pressure and repeat...

pressures with this type vehicle , should be just a few psi more in the front.

you want all tire treads to have contact with the road surface . this will give max life with min tire damage and lower heat.
