fuel pump and cooling fan not working

i just bought a 92 camaro rs originally tbi in december. po swapped to 77 350 w/carb and turbo 350 trans. last week fuel pump and cooling fan stopped. both work with direct power. any ideas????

check the fuse go with simple first
