By-passing factory amps

On a P10, how do you do it? is it right from the head unit? like, splicing each speaker wire and running it all the way to the speaker, or do you cut it from the amp and go from there? Help a brotha out!

You will need to clarify this a little bit...
what exactly do you want to do?

ok, I got a Pioneer head unit, I want to get rid of the factory amps and run the speakers on just the head unit amp. my question is do i have to take the leads right from the head unit harness, or can I take the wire from the harness attached to the amp.

I am not too sure what you mean by the factor amp...
was it not a built-in amp that the factory head unit had?
ok basicly if what you meant by the factory amp was the built in amp of the old head unit...then yep you can just reuse the old wiring...provided you know the wiring code/color.
otherwise...make sure you have disconnected the wires into the factory amp.
and just rewire it back into your new headunit
