Rumors of me selling my car......

Well long time no talk people. Okay here is the deal, Im tired of the import scene. Im tired of stupid kids asking me stupid questions about my car and most importantly...im out of money.

I just enrolled in school, am gonna move this summer and attend a University, Get engaged, and finally live on my own. I have put Well over $12,000 into my car and just cant afford to keep doing this.

I really dont watn to sell my car because i love it dearly and have put so much time and effort into it. However if someone wants its and offres me the right price, I will let it go. But the price wont be cheap. Im gonna stay firm with my price....so if no one want to give me the money i want for it, then no one can have it, and that is okay with me cause i love it.

There are still a few things i would like to do to my car, but will just have to wait a little bit. I also have gotten into a new cheaper hobby. RC Cars...... So that is the story of me and my car at this moment.

Dude, RCs are not cheap!! I have a mtx2 mugen car it was 600 with engine, then ya got radio 250-400 depending on what ya want, starter 100, tires everytime ya go out 25-30, fuel 21.50 a gallon, glow plugs, batterys, then hop up parts. RCs are more then the real thing sometimes....

seriously travis...you sell the car and you're gonna be bummed. you'll want another and have to start the $12,000 mission all over again. i say instead of dropping anymore money in your car you should start a new car fund. save every $$$....then when the time comes sell the beater and get a 4 runner. then you can have 2 nice rides.

schweeeeeeeeeeet! there is a certain level of fun your civic brings that no 4 runner will

I told my neighbor about travises car but he wants an suv and im like

you want the tightest civic in Napa, that is show AND go, or you want some whack SUV that you are never gonna have enough money to make anywhere near as tight as travises car is. And then he was like "why dont you buy it" and im like "if I could I would, but if I sold my car I could only get 3k at most, and how am I supposed to come up with the other 2k" Funny thing about this guy, is he only wants an SUV for the style, and is never actually gonna go 4 wheelin with it. But I guess kids will be kids.

By the way, I hear the 4 runners and rodeo's get REALLY bad gas mileage, like 15mpg at most, you should consider a nissan pathfinder, cause they get about 20, or at least my friends brothers did.

You could always trade me for the sedan

lol yeah right, like that would ever happen, but seriously if you are still considering a car you could go for a WRX, cause then you would have AWD.

I know where you're coming from travis....that's why I decided not to get another honda...I think people look at people drivin honda's as all little teenage riceboys...obviously this isnt true, but I think that's how the general public perceives's it.... this is why I got back into trucks, it takes alot more dedication to hack up a truck, so I think the respect is higher..I dont know, that's how I see it anyway...no offense is meant to anyone..
