1991 Maxima rattling/thumping

so, I just took a 180 mile trip from my hometown to kalamazoo michigan for school. About half way there, I started to get loud rattling and shaking from my car when going around 75+ mph. about a day later, I get this thumping sound that seems to make the noise every time my wheel rotates. Finally, when I decelerate by taking my foot off the gas (no brake) I get a loud sound that sounds like grinding and my car shakes a bit, as opposed to when i decelerate with a break everything is smooth.
I have no idea what to make of all this- fml.

Wheel bolts loose. Wheel bearing, supports disintergrating (2mil miles behind?).

Raise the car for inspection or u will kill ppl as/when the wheels drop off. No trips before inspection... no not one.

No info on car history: ask smbdy to evaluate if its economically sound, how big a risk is to keep it still movin.
