2002 Rodeo - Clicking - Won't Turn Over - All Lights On

I have a 2002 rodeo that won't turn over. It was fine 2 days ago, but when I went to start it up an hour ago, it tried to turn over, then just started clicking, and flashing the dashboard lights, in time with the clicks. I just replaced the intake manifold gasket a month ago, due to stalling.

I hear I should check the starter solenoids, but I'm not sure where they are. Firstly, do you guys think this might be the problem, and secondly, does anyone have a manual that shows where the starter is?

Re: 2002 Rodeo - Clicking - Won't Turn Over - All Lights On

Sounds like a possible low/dying battery or bad battery connections. It doesn't have the power to turn the starter once the relay clicks on so the voltage goes low, flashing the lights and releasing the starter relay.

Check the battery connections for corrosion and clean if necessary. If that doesn't help try charging the battery, another battery or jump starting it.

Good luck.
