'01 cougar fuel injector replacement?

I have a 2001 cougar, I've replaced the wires, plugs, air filter, fuel filter, coil pack. I rechecked the space on the plugs and i'm still getting a misfire on cylinder 1 and five. Someone said it could be the injectors, just wondering if there are any diagrams or hints on taking out the injectors.
thanks!

Re: '01 cougar fuel injector replacement?

I would look at the coil pack. They are not very expensive. I replaced my stock coil with an Accel Super coil.....JUNK...the coil worked well for two months and then I had the same codes for misfires and tranny issues. I replaced the aftermarket with the factory coil and all of the problems went away.

Put a long screw driver to your ear and listen if the injector sounds different than the other ones replace.
