2006 aveo looses throttle power

as im driving all of a sudden i have no throttle can only go like 10mph.... pull over turn off then back on and walaa all better??? what the h e double chopsticks is going on here ???

Fuel pump and/or fuel filter would be my first guess.

Is the computer throwing you any codes?

GONNA go do that today @ inlaws papa has the machine.but other then that no code visible inside the car
