is this normal '02 neon PLEASE HELP!!
got my wife an '02 neon ls package, standard base package as I'm concerned, lately when i drive the car ill smash the gas, and it hesitates... like it doesn't want to shift gears. sitting at idle ill rev the gas and it'll cap at 4k rpms... is this normal or should i be worried. Ive received no codes on the comp yet, then again her horn and cigg lighter don't work as well. Ive chocked this up to a faulty fuse, upon replacing all fuses they still don't work. any help would be appreciated, Thanks.
